What is Ma’amoul
Ma’amoul are delicious whole wheat cookies with whole grain semolina. Filled with dates, pistachio, walnuts or dates and pistachio. Ma’amoul Cookies melt in your mouth and are low in sugar, but full in flavor.
How is it Made
Ma’amoul are made using special wooden molds to create different shapes – round like a ball, crescent form, shaped as a dome or flattened as a disc. Cookies arrive wrapped, in a boxed tray. Dust with confectioner’s sugar before serving.
How to Store:
Keep at room temperature in an air tight container for 3 weeks. But perhaps they will disappear sooner than that…
