Return Policy

Generally, perishable food items purchased online are non-returnable, especially if opened or damaged. However, if the food is defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item was sent, we will issue a refund.

  • Non-Perishable Items: Non-perishable food items (like dry goods, canned goods) may be eligible for return if they are unopened, in their original packaging, and within a specified timeframe (e.g., 2 days). 
  • Defective or Damaged: If the food is defective due to manufacturing issues or damaged in transit, contact us immediately with photos and a description of the damage. 
  • Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item, do not open it and contact us for instructions. 
  • Perishable Items: Perishable items like fresh produce, meat, or dairy are generally not returnable. 
  • Expiration Date:Some retailers may accept returns of perishable items if they are returned within their use-by or best-before date. 
  • Return Procedures: Contact our customer service department for specific instructions for receiving a refund or exchange. 
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs is refundable when we send you the wrong item, items are damaged during transit.
