Lebanese Zahle Ka’ak, also known as Ka’ak bi Halib or Milk Ka’ak, is a delightful sweet pastry from the city of Zahle in Lebanon. It’s known for its soft, pillowy texture and slightly sweet flavor, making it a beloved treat for many.

How to Store:
Keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. You can also freeze it for 2-3 months then remove and keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Not recommended for use in the microwave, but you can heat up for 20-30 sec.
