What is Atayef made of?

Atayef is essentially a delicious pouch or cone! The traditional recipe is made with three components:

• the outside layer of Atayef, which is similar to a pancake!
• the stuffing, which is heavy cream, cream cheese, mascarpone, and ricotta.
• crushed nuts and simple syrup for garnish.
