Our special zaatar mix is freshly prepared with toasted sesame seeds, sumac, and wild green thyme. The difference? It’s all about the freshness—never settle for a store-bought version because sesame seeds have a finite shelf life, and freshness is the key to those vibrant, unforgettable flavors.
The dough with soft crust and crispy bottom, due to long fermentation time for maximum flavor and the perfect texture. A recipe that is mastered over the years by my dad’s bakery since 1960.
Add side items: mint, cherry tomatoes, and or green onions.
