Kibbeh, One of my favorite childhood recipes, my mom always made this on Sundays. For a long time, I was intimidated by the complexity of making it. However, I’ve fine-tuned all the steps and managed to keep the classic flavors intact. This Lebanese version will surely remind you of your family’s cherished recipe.

Meat Pies:
It is the Lebanese pizza, but this where the similarity ends. Instead of layering the ingredients, the ground beef, tomatoes, onions, fresh lemon and Lebanese spices are mixed together. Then placed on dough and baked to perfection. It is a delicious soft pie with a crispy edge and a flavorful layer of meat. It is usually served hot with yogurt or fresh lemon juice.

Spinach Pies:
This fatayer recipe is such a popular one in Lebanon and all over the middle east It’s a great appetizer for a crowd, perfect for lunchboxes and makes a delicious snack. Lebanese spinach pies –  made with our secret dough recipe, stuffed with spinach, herbs, olive oil and baked in the oven until golden and puffed to perfection. Ingredients: Organic Spinach, Onions, Olive Oil, salt, white pepper, sumac and lemon zest.

Kibbe or Kibbi:
Kibbeh, also known as kibbi, is a traditional Lebanese food that consists of delectable fried kibbeh balls, stuffed with spiced organic ground beef.  These mouth-watering treats are the perfect blend of flavors and textures that will leave you craving more!

Preparation Instructions

Sambousek, Spinach, and Sfeeha

  • Reheat in the oven at 380°F for 2 minutes
  • For buffet service (longer hours): warm at 200°F for 8–10 minutes
  • Refrigerate for up to 7 days
  • Kibbeh Crockett

  • Option 1: Re-Fry (Recommended)
  • Heat oil to 350–360°F.
  • Fry for 2–3 minutes until golden and heated through.
  • Drain on paper towels before serving.
  • Option 2: Air Fryer
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  • Air fry for 4–6 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Option 3: Oven
  • Reheat at 380°F for 3–4 minutes.
  • Storing: Refrigerate for up to 7 days.
